Shipping and Ordering
ORDERING & PAYMENT: Online ordering is available with Credit Card (VISA/MC/AMEX — we send electronic receipts) or with a Purchase Order (we send electronic invoices so you can then send in check with your invoice or call with a credit card when you receive the invoice). Please send payment within 21 days of receiving an invoice (1.5% interest charged per month on late, unpaid balances). For a Custom Quote, click here. SHIPPING RATES: The rate charged for shipping is based on the dimensional weight and ship to location. On the checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping. International Customers: Once your order is received, should we be successful in finding better shipping rates than you have already paid, we will process any credits and advise you of any adjustment. In no event will your shipping rate increase.
SALES TAX: At this time, we are only obligated to collect sales tax on sales from Virginia customers who are not tax exempt. Should this apply to your organization, we will notify you prior to assessing the tax.
DOMESTIC & CANADIAN SHIPMENTS: We use UPS Ground for Domestic and Canadian shipments (after you process your order, your shipment will go out within 7 working days). In the Checkout process you can "expedite" your order by choosing UPS Overnight, 2nd-day, 3-day delivery and your order will go out the next business day.If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please fill out the form below or call 703-631-8810 with your questions.
You will receive an email confirming your order, along with an Invoice/Receipt attached. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the confirmation email; and if you have not received this email within 12 hours, please contact us as your shipment notification and tracking information is sent to this same email address.
Canadian purchasers: Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of the additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (other than Canada): We use Worldwide Expedited for our International shipments (after you process your order, your shipment will ship within 7 working days). In the Checkout process you can "expedite" your order by choosing Worldwide Express Saver or Worldwide Express and your order will ship the next business day.
